Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Bread crumbs (gluten-free if needed)
  • Olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Coat each chicken drumstick thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  4. Dip the seasoned drumsticks in olive oil or melted butter, then roll them in the bread crumbs until fully covered.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated drumsticks on it.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For crispy chicken, make sure your oven is fully preheated. Use a wire rack over the baking sheet for better air circulation.
