A comforting slow cooker dish featuring tender chicken with savory ranch seasoning and tangy pepperoncini peppers.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 jar of pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus mix over the chicken.
  3. Pour the pepperoncini peppers (with some juice) over the top.
  4. Add the unsalted butter on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  6. Shred the chicken and serve with juices.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the ranch seasoning and au jus mix for a few hours before cooking.
