Description

A creamy, cheesy casserole made with tender pasta and juicy chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and cooked spaghetti until everything is well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. If you love crunch, add breadcrumbs for extra texture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For faster preparation, boil spaghetti and prepare the sauce simultaneously. This dish can be made with different proteins or cheeses to suit your taste.
