- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts, then season them evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Sear the seasoned chicken in a large skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until just browned.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, melted butter, mayonnaise, dried parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and top with the Parmesan mixture. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
