Delicious and tender chicken meatballs served in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking until they are browned on all sides (around 6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring it to a simmer.
  5. Return the meatballs to the skillet and let them cook in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, perhaps over a bed of noodles or alongside mashed potatoes.

Notes

Garnish with additional chopped parsley or Parmesan for added flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
