Description

A delightful one-pan dish that combines chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers, drizzled with teriyaki sauce for a sweet and savory flavor explosion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving (optional)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken breasts with pineapple chunks, sliced bell pepper, sliced onion, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve the Hawaiian Chicken over cooked rice if desired, and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Allow the chicken to rest after baking for juiciness. Feel free to substitute vegetables based on preference or availability.
