Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pizza sauce
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, onions, pepperoni, olives)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
- Add a layer of pizza sauce and your choice of toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice into pieces and enjoy your guilt-free pizza!
Notes
For a crispier crust, place the chicken mixture on a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
