A delicious and easy-to-make skillet dish featuring savory chicken, crispy potatoes, and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 45 small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  • Olive oil (for tossing the potatoes)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder and paprika (for seasoning potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper (for seasoning chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (as desired)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes: Start by washing and peeling the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until they’re well coated.
  2. Cook the potatoes: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Cook the seasoned potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season the chicken: While the potatoes are cooking, cube the chicken breasts and season with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, along with 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook the chicken: In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken cubes and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Add garlic and sauce: Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  6. Combine potatoes and chicken: After the air-fried potatoes are crispy, toss them into the skillet with the chicken.
  7. Melt the cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the skillet. Cover to melt the cheese, or broil for a golden crust.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap butter for olive oil. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
