Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For perfectly tender chicken, use a meat thermometer. Let the chicken rest before slicing for juicier meat.
