A simple yet flavorful recipe featuring tender chicken breasts baked in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
