Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in the minced garlic.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
