Description

A simple yet indulgent dish featuring chicken breasts baked in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl and mix in the minced garlic.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it rest, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use light olive oil or ghee. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days.
