Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth

- Carefully flip the chicken thighs and continue cooking for an additional 6-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and allow the sauce to cook until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them well with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a beautiful presentation, consider serving in a cast iron skillet. A drizzle of lemon juice can enhance the flavor just before serving.
