Description

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil to the marinade, mixing well to incorporate all the flavors evenly.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Refrigerate the bag for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best results.
  5. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat, preparing for the chicken to cook evenly.
  6. Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding any leftover marinade. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
