A creamy, tangy dip made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese, perfect for gatherings or as a comforting snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Vegetables or chips for serving
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top, and add blue cheese crumbles if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with assorted vegetables or chips for dipping.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese and use low-fat ranch dressing. This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking.
