Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken dish made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Pasta

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts in the base of your crockpot.
  2. Pour the Italian dressing over the top of the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top, letting it nestle in with the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the fresh spinach and allow it to wilt.
  7. In the last 15 minutes, prepare your pasta according to package instructions and mix it with the chicken mixture once ready.
  8. Serve warm, garnishing with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gradually on the stove or in the microwave.
