Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey

Instructions
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or set it on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce for an even coating.
