Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (use rotisserie for convenience)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  2. Set your crockpot to low and cook for 120-180 minutes or until all ingredients are heated through, stirring occasionally for even heating.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture, stirring until it melts and becomes bubbly.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions, and provide tortilla chips or celery sticks alongside for dipping.

Notes

For lighter options, use low-fat cream cheese or vegan buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
