A comforting and rich pasta dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a velvety garlic cream sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spiral pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spiral pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Place the sliced chicken on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider swapping heavy cream for half-and-half or a combination of milk and butter.
