Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for sautéing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente and drain.
- Combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the chicken mixture and fold gently until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
