Description

A delightful twist on the classic Caesar salad, this wrap combines marinated chicken, creamy dressing, and crisp romaine in a soft tortilla, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and chill for later.
