Description

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps packed with protein and fresh ingredients, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 Wraps or tortillas
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast in a skillet or oven, seasoning each side with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces after cooling slightly.
  3. Combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, and Caesar dressing in a mixing bowl.
  4. Lay a wrap or tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and crispy panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve.
