A delicious blend of savory grilled chicken, fresh romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing on a buttery roll.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- 4 buttery rolls or sandwich buns
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips after letting it rest.
- Mix chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing in a bowl.
- Slice the buttery rolls in half horizontally.
- Place a generous portion of the Caesar salad mixture on the bottom half of each roll.
- Layer the sliced grilled chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with the top half of the roll and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, brush the rolls with olive oil and garlic before grilling. Adjust seasoning according to taste preference.
