  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  3. In that same skillet, toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the creamy sauce.
