Description

A warm, creamy blend of shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce, perfect for parties and game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and the cheeses have melted.
  4. Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until everything is melted and smooth.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

Great for serving with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
