Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce.
- Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, or until the mixture is hot and the cheeses have melted.
- Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until everything is melted and smooth.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
Great for serving with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
