Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups crushed buttery crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the crushed buttery crackers and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute sour cream and mayonnaise with low-fat yogurt. Can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking.
