Irresistibly delicious Buffalo Chicken Taquitos wrapped around tender, spicy shredded chicken and gooey melted cheese, perfect for game day or family dinners.

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • Cooking oil (for frying)
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take a small spoonful of the mixture and place it on each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, securing them with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  5. Carefully place the taquitos in the skillet and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Once cooked, drain on paper towels and serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Ensure oil is hot enough before frying to avoid greasy taquitos. Rotisserie chicken works well for a quick option.
