The ultimate comfort food that combines buffalo sauce with tender pasta and creamy cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (ziti or penne)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
