Juicy and crispy boneless chicken wings coated in tangy buffalo sauce, perfect for game nights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Dressing for serving (ranch or blue cheese)

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece into the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off, then coat it with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove the cooked wings and drain them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  7. Toss the wings in buffalo sauce until thoroughly coated.
  8. Serve with your choice of dressing on the side.

Notes

Keep the oil temperature steady and avoid crowding the pan for extra crunchy wings. Marinating the chicken in seasoned buttermilk can enhance flavor and tenderness.
