Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the chicken tenderloins under cold water and pat them dry.
- Toss the tenderloins with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned tenderloins on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
