Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds (680 g) chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken tenderloins under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. Toss the tenderloins with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned tenderloins on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
