Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta (optional)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded cooked chicken, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Add cooked rice or pasta if desired and fold into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Add shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be frozen before baking for up to 2 months. Reheat after thawing overnight in the fridge.
