Description

A mouthwatering dish showcasing juicy boneless skinless chicken thighs, coated in a creamy, tangy, and spicy sauce that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by patting the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet in a single layer.
  5. Sear each side for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and toss it in the sauce.
  8. Top the sauced chicken with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.

Notes

Consider garnishing with sesame seeds along with green onions for added crunch. Always taste your sauce before serving and adjust seasoning to preference.
