Description

A delightful fusion of tender chicken, colorful veggies, and rice drizzled with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  3. Add your mixed vegetables to the skillet, stirring frequently until they become tender.
  4. In serving bowls, layer the cooked rice, followed by the chicken and vegetable mixture. Drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Top with chopped green onions for a fresh and vibrant finish.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!

Notes

For a smoother sauce, blend the ingredients for a creamy consistency. You can adjust the spice level based on preference.
